This will pop another missable achievement.
Give the “clover” to the duck on the pond once again. Move to the right and in the middle of the grass you’ll see “It’s a four-leaf clover!”. Open up your inventory and click on “A” on the ketchup that you just got and then go on the scurvy dog and push “A” on that to combine the two. Get down from the stage and head down. Go up to the ship on the top of the screen and select “practice sword fighting”. Go to the other side of the Pond and put the bread into the pond to feed the ducks. Grab a piece of bread next to the woman. Go to the right and click on the basket next to the adults by the pond. Do just that and win the race by holding “LT” or “RT” as soon as Dee says Go. Go to the top right of the screen where you’ll see a racing line and you’ll get an option to push “A” to challenge Chuckie to a race. Click on the “Anchor” on the left side. No options will pop up and the conversation will end shortly. You’ll be stopped by “Dee” to have a conversation. After the conversation, go to the right and you’ll enter the next area. You will enter a little cutscene and will bring you outside automatically. Open up your inventory, select the “Slug” and give it to the shop owner. Open up your inventory and put the “Key” back into its place which will unlock your very first achievement in this game. You’ll be told it’s a “Slug!” which is like a fake coin. Inside the shack, push “A” on the “What’s this little metal thing?” on the ground to the left of the door. Next, drag the key over the door and you’ll push “A” to Unlock the outhouse door with the key. Open up your inventory with the “Y” button and highlight the key and click on the “A” button. You’ll need to use the “Key” that you just found on this house. Exit the Scurvy Dog Shack and enter the shack by pushing “A” directly on the opposite side of the screen (left side) which would be the “Outhouse”. If you do this while outside the shop, you’ll need to come back in to be able to leave. 
You can exit out of inventory with the “B” button.
If you try to exit the shop, the game will tell you to push “Y” to open your inventory. 
Push “A” button on the “Key” that’s located near the door on the left of the screen and then push the “X” button to snag the key.The game will be teaching you the different buttons in this first level.Get inside the Scurvy Dog Shack on the right.
Speak to Chuckie by pushing “A” on him.
